Yeah, this would have been the middle of Office Christmas party season, instead we have these virtual happy hour get togethers or moktini hours or whatever they call them, though it seems to be that it was more popular back in the Spring to do that sort of thing. I still have not been out to a bar in 9 months and have had no bigger social gathering than 6 people, mostly just been watching football with Mr. Lily White (yes he is a real person).
What is gonna happen when things return? Will I just want to stay up at the cottage and avoid all the zones of various colours? How will I be able to live if they get rid of these coloured zones? The good news is my inlaws are old and still totally freaked by the covid, so I wont need to deal with dutch christmas and terrible food, like who the fuck makes turkey balls for christmas, why dont you just give me some dried bread and a piece of orange.
This is the time I normally go to Cuba or some such place, this is that ugly time of year where it is too early to ski, too late to be on the water and too grey and cloudy to be on the deck drinking mocktinis. Gonna be 6C today, probably try and drink some mocktinis on the deck. just thank goodness I harvested 15 mason jars of fine bud and at least that much "loose weed" for edibles. It is morning here, but I just might kick start my day with a weed infused coconut oil in coffee in a blender drink, itis actually quite good, even with non weed infused coconut oil. I also got dog walking, can do that all day if I wanted, or at least until this game starts
