    Top 2 (both finalists) qualify for the olympics
    Top 3 (both finalists plus winners of the 3rd place match) qualify for the World Cup
    The other semi-finalists and winners of a 5th place match (which I'm guessing is arranged specifically for this purpose) go into the inter-continental play-offs for the World Cup.
