Perez but I think he (Sainz) is looking for trouble unless there was

No mention of a summons among the official documents.
Between turns 7 (apparently unnamed) and 8 (Portier) there is one FIA 
Marshal Light on the left, just at the kink before Portier proper, and 
three marshal posts:  left near turn 7, left between the kink and 
Portier, and right inside Portier.
